The idea behind meetona is very simple. The organiser creates a calendar of potential meeting times (options) for the proposed meeting window by entering 4 bits of data:
meeting name (optional), window start date,
number of weeks,
list of meeting options (free text and wizard).
Once done, save the settings and meetona will create a calendar and display a link to it. Load the calendar and remove all the options you can't make by unclicking the relevant checkboxes. After saving the changes, email the url to all other attendees for them to do the same. Once they have all removed the options they can't attend, only those that everybody can make (shown in green) will remain. It's that quick and easy! |
